Welcome to Kindergarten! I am very excited to begin the school year here at Par Excellence Academy. I grew up in the New Concord area and graduated from John Glenn High School in 2006. I graduated from Muskingum University in May of 2010 with a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education. Last year I was a first grade teacher here at Par Excellence. 

Teaching has always been a passion of mine. I enjoy watching and helping children learn an succeed. I am looking forward to having your child in my classroom. It is important to me that we have an open line of communication and I encourage you to contact me with any questions or concerns throughout the school year. Kindergarten is a very exciting year in the lives of your children. Students make huge strides in learning to read, write and experience the joys of education. I believe that each child has something to offer this world and it’s my job and desire to help them make their way. 

I am the JV girl’s soccer coach of the John Glenn Muskies and help with the John Glenn Ski Club. In my free time I enjoy restoring antique John Deere tractors, spending time with Oliver my yorkichon puppy, my fat cat Skittles, and family and friends.

I’m so excited to work with you and your child. I know we will have a very successful year of learning.
